shader problem

I finally managed to load a "real" map.
But the shaded textures are flickering and they don't seem to be rendered correctly.
Since I already have this problem with the sky in the basic tutorial I dont know that's going wrong.
The screenshot at the end of the basic XNAQ3Lib tutorial also has a uniform sky (with no clouds).
Is this a know problem?

Sorry for the delay, I've been real busy all week. Didn't even see this here.

Can you post a copy of the shader code? I've never seen any flickering textures. The one in the tutorial should be an scrolling sky, also.
